Pool Information
In General
The pool is a 7,000 gallon above ground vinyl pool that is 20 feet long X 12 feet wide X 3 3/4 feet deep that is open seasonally.
All guests and visitors must follow the pool rules. Violation of these rules will result in the pool being closed and/or your reservation being cancelled.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property, injury, disability, or fatality.
You are financially responsible to any damage to the pool.
There are no set pool hours, but quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Access
Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
Keep the gate closed and latched at all times.
Lock the gate with the key after use.
Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
No diving.
Use the pool ladder to enter and exit the pool.
The deck is slippery when wet. No running.
No glassware is permitted in the gated area.
Do not adjust pool equipment.
PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE POOL.
No sharp objects allowed in the pool.
Do not apply any lotion/cream immediately before entering the pool.
We recommend you shower before entering the pool.
Pool is only for swimming. Horseplay is prohibited.
Throwing trash in the pool is prohibited.
Do not wear clothing or items that may cut or puncture the vinyl pool lining.
Food and drinks are not permitted on the pool deck.
Safety
Pool Rules
The gate key is located in the basket on the bottom shelf of the entry table.
The gate is locked when the red indicator is visible.
Insert the key and turn clockwise until the red indicator is not visible.
Pull the latch upwards to open the gate.
Maintenance
The pool is scheduled for service every Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
Entry will be through the side yard gate at the front of the house.
The pool will be cleaned and tested. Chemicals may be added so we recommend waiting 30 minutes after service to swim.
